1. The personal data you submit will be processed and stored in the Organizer's (SIA BiSMART) database. The Organizer shall act as the controller of the personal data in accordance with the Organizer's personal data processing rules.
2. The Organizer has the right to send you information about other Organizer's events, special offers of the Organizer and its partners.
3. The event proceedings will be photographed, filmed and broadcasted live. Photo and video materials from the event, including photos and video, can be used in the public space.
4. The Organizer has the right to change the date, venue, time and content of the event.
5. In case of failure to pay the invoice, the Organizer shall be entitled to cancel the invoice and cancel the registration of the Visitor.
6. The registration fee is non-refundable. The Visitor has the opportunity to transfer his registration to another person, with the prior consent of the Organizer.
